Automated Surface Treatment & Electro-Plating Lines

Wet Paint, Powder Coating, Electrocoating, Electroplating & Anodizing

Anti-Corrosion

Zinc and Zinc Alloy Coatings:
Application of protective layers through electro-deposition to increase corrosion resistance.

Rack Plating Systems:
Designed for larger parts, where components are mounted on custom conductive racks.

Bulk Plating Systems:
Suitable for small parts such as screws and nuts, using plating drums and post-treatment processes in centrifugal baskets.

Electrophoretic Deposition (EPD):
A process that applies uniform coatings to metal surfaces through the migration of colloidal particles under an electric field.

Decorative

Cu–Ni–Cr Electroplating on Metals:
Application of copper, nickel, and chromium layers (trivalent or hexavalent) on metal substrates such as steel, brass, zamak, and aluminum. This process is commonly used in the manufacturing of faucets, kitchen and bathroom fittings, as well as automotive components.

Plating on Plastics (POP):
A process mainly used in the automotive and home appliance industries to apply decorative metallic coatings on plastic parts. The sequence includes plastic metallization, copper plating, double or triple nickel layers (including satin nickel), and a final chromium layer.

Aluminum Anodizing and Coloring:
An electrochemical treatment that enhances corrosion resistance and allows decorative coloring of aluminum.

Functional

Aluminum Anodizing:
An electrochemical process that forms an oxide layer on the surface of aluminum, improving corrosion resistance and allowing the application of decorative coloring.

Phosphating Prior to Coating:
A chemical treatment that creates a phosphate layer on ferrous metals, providing an adhesive base for subsequent paints and coatings while enhancing corrosion resistance.

Hard Chrome Plating:
Application of a thick layer of metallic chromium on components such as hydraulic pistons and cylinders, increasing surface hardness and wear resistance.

Endless Possibilities Tailored to Your Needs

Custom Design:
Development of systems tailored to customer specifications, using 3D design tools and simulations to optimize performance.

In-House Manufacturing:
Production of key components such as tanks, conveyors, and structural frames, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Subsystem Integration:
Collaboration with global partners for the sourcing and integration of equipment such as rectifiers, pumps, and dosing systems.

Installation and Commissioning:
Professional installation and support during chemical setup and production trials until stable operation is achieved..
